My Story
At Minnitation, my mission is to offer you a supportive space to develop and heal.
I’m Naomi Rachel, founder of Minnitation. And, I know what it feels like to be so deeply low that I didn’t know where to turn.

"The final stage of healing is helping others not feel the way you once did."
When I finally began to heal, I trained as a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and later as an Integral Eye Movement Therapist (IEMT), then created Minnitation to help others find their way out too.
I believe the above quote sums it up.
While I’m still healing myself, as it’s a never ending journey, I’ve come far enough to guide and support you in your own healing journey, and that’s why I’m here.

It's time to see the world in full colour again....
Did you know that extreme stress and anxiety can dull your vision and make your surroundings seem grey? This is a recognised phenomenon called anhedonia. This is where your brain is so stressed that, in order to save energy, your visual perception of colour is altered.
I was there, beyond that, even. But then I found yoga, and eventually IEMT, which completely transformed my life.
Now, I see the world in full colour again.
I understand the depths of feeling lost because I’ve been there. Even while in a relationship and surrounded by family, I felt deeply lonely, constantly screaming inside my head with no idea how to escape. I didn’t believe in any shape or form that it was possible to feel better back then.
Minni = Bite-sized
Tation = Meditation
Through the services I offer at Minntation, you’ll find support for your mental well-being and personal growth. Whether through IEMT, which helps get to the root of anxiety, or yoga and meditation, which nurture both physical and mental strength, I’m here to guide you toward a healthier, more balanced self.
I offer small, digestible, soft, and easy solutions to tackle your mental well-being. Minnitation is a hub where you can start finding your way out of that deep place and begin moving toward the life you deserve!
